The Conversation
It begins with you. Tell us about the occasion, the vision, the stone character that speaks to you. Our process always starts with a personal virtual consultation so we can understand what you are looking for and answer any questions you may have.
STEP 2
The Selection
Based on your consultation, we work with our Bogotá workshop to source a curated selection of stones that match your vision. You will see full provenance details, high-resolution imagery, and the founder's personal evaluation for each option. We continue sourcing until you find the one.
STEP 3
The Design
For bespoke commissions, we work together to design a setting tailored to your exact stone. Every detail is explored and personalized, from the metalwork to the finishing. Your piece is then handcrafted by our artisans in Bogotá, a process that typically takes four to eight weeks.
STEP 4
The Delivery
Your finished piece arrives with complimentary insured shipping worldwide, signature packaging, and complete documentation including stone origin, treatment level, and care instructions.
